I'm Leeza Morris— broker, MBA, and owner of a boutique DFW brokerage. I've sold Texas real estate since 2007 and run my own brokerage since 2011: new construction, resale, and luxury homes; hundreds of contracts negotiated; and every unglamorous task this industry runs on — the status emails, the disbursement paperwork, the listing marketing, the document chasing.

Two more things about how I work. I'm an expert-level Canva specialist and social media marketer — brand templates, bulk-create workflows, print-ready output — so the marketing systems I build don't just write words, they ship finished graphics and run the campaigns those graphics go into. And I close hard things: the listings other agents couldn't move, the deals that took a year of patience. Persistence is the actual skill; AI just multiplies it.

Then I automated my own operation. Thirty AI workflows run my brokerage's paperwork today — and I shipped AmendReady, a live AI product for inspection reports, on my own, with AI as my only engineering team.

The Callicarpa Agency is what came out of that: a one-person consultancy building smart systems for small business, starting with the businesses that serve real estate. I'm not a tech vendor guessing at your workflow — I've been on the other side of your emails since 2007.
