I'm Leeza Morris— broker, MBA, and owner of a boutique DFW brokerage for two decades. I've sold new construction, resale, and luxury homes; negotiated hundreds of contracts; and done every unglamorous task this industry runs on: the status emails, the disbursement paperwork, the listing marketing, the document chasing.

Two more things about how I work. I'm an expert-level Canva specialist — brand templates, bulk-create workflows, print-ready output — so the marketing systems I build don't just write words, they ship finished graphics. And I close hard things: the listings other agents couldn't move, the deals that took a year of patience. Persistence is the actual skill; AI just multiplies it.

Then I automated my own operation. Over the past year I built 22 AI workflows that run my brokerage's paperwork — and shipped AmendReady, a live AI product for inspection reports, on my own, with AI as my only engineering team.

The Callicarpa Agency is what came out of that: a one-person consultancy building smart systems for small business, starting with the businesses that serve real estate. I'm not a tech vendor guessing at your workflow — I've been on the other side of your emails for twenty years.
