Refund policy

If the course isn't right for you, email leeza@callicarpallc.com within 7 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund — no questions asked, no need to explain why.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method, usually within a few business days. Once a refund is issued, your download link stops working and your license to the course material ends — please delete any downloaded files.

Bought at a discount using a code from one of Leeza's in-person presentations? The same 7-day window and process applies.

License terms

Buying the course gives you a license to use it — it doesn't transfer ownership of the material. The Callicarpa Agency retains all copyright.

What's included

• A personal, non-transferable license to use the course yourself, in your own real estate business, for as long as you like — no subscription, no expiration.
• Permission to adapt the course's practice exercises to your own real clients, listings, and workflow as you go.

What's not included

• Sharing, forwarding, or reselling the download — in whole or in part — to anyone who didn't buy their own copy. That includes coworkers, other agents at your brokerage, and posting it publicly or in a private group.
• Using the material to build a competing course, coaching product, or paid training substantially based on it.

Buying for a team or brokerage

One purchase covers one person. If you want the course for your whole team or brokerage, that's a separate, cheaper-per-seat arrangement with a named roster instead of one shared copy — reach out and ask about team or brokerage licensing.
